We test more than 40 hides from three tanneries before approving each new style, hand-selecting for thickness, grain, and finish. Sterling silver and gold-plated fine jewelry are sourced for lasting shine, not just shelf appeal.
Cutting & Construction
Patterns are cut to minimize waste and maximize consistency, then lock-stitched at 8 stitches per inch along every stress seam — collar, cuff, and pocket.
Hardware & Finishing
Solid brass, antique nickel, and matte hardware are fitted by hand. Every zipper pull is cycle-tested 500 times before a style is approved for production.
Hand Inspection
Every piece is checked against a 12-point standard covering stitching, lining, hardware function, and finish consistency — logged before it's cleared to ship.
